Rental Pricing & Specials
All rentals are priced as DIY setup with self-pickup and return and are available on a first-paid first-reserved basis. Desired choices must be specified at reservation time. Colors, toppers and setup sizes are not guaranteed without full payment.
Rentals are $75 per day, per cart
$60 Weekday Special – Save $15 per day on rentals Monday–Thursday
Receive a 10% discount when booking 2 or more consecutive days or carts
Repeat customers receive a 5% discount off any future rentals for 13 months.
Delivery, returns, and setup options are available for a fee.
Rentals Include:
1. Standard rental for one calendar day with a next-day early return window allowance. Rentals may be picked up and returned between the hours of 8am and 8pm**. Next-day early returns must be prearranged and take place between 7:30 – 7:45am the following day.
2. Choice of cart selection- option #1- dark (dark slate grey/black) OR option #2 – light (pearl/white) with side flip-up for added space
3. Choice of cart topper- option #1 – rustic with cut outs, option #2- white with cut outs, option #3- maple solid/no cut outs
4. Choice of food service options- we offer both stainless steel and polycarbonate options Cambro style containers. Size options include 1/6, 1/4, 1/3, 1/2 and full size.

**Early or late pickups/returns outside of these hours are by prearrangements for an additional fee.
Making a reservation and securing a date
A $50 deposit is required to hold your event date.
- For reservations over 3 weeks (21 days) in advance, the remaining balance must be paid in full at least 21 days prior to your event to secure the booking.
- For reservations made less than 3 weeks in advance, full payment is due within 72 hours of placing your deposit.
Dates are not guaranteed until full payment has been received.
Setup Fee
If we deliver the cart and you would like us to set it up as well, there will be a $20 set up fee. Set up must be scheduled with delivery and done at the same time. Space must be ready for set up upon delivery and typically takes less than 15 minutes.

Security Deposit
A $75 security deposit is required for all rentals.
Security deposits are fully refundable when carts are returned on time, in clean and undamaged condition. Deposits will be refunded within 48 hours of rental return.
Cleaning fee
A minimum cleaning fee of $25 will be deducted from the security deposit for rentals that are returned needing more than a basic wipe down. This includes debris such as crumbs, foods, food residues or stains, sticky substances or residues, and trash.
Late fee
Late returns are not permitted without prior express written arrangements. Returning late may cause another client to be inconvenienced or unable to complete their rental. Rentals returned late will incur late fees. Late fees may be up to double the standard rental rate per day. Please plan accordingly.
Cancelation policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so as soon as possible.
Cancellations made 15 or more days prior to the reservation date will be refunded minus a $20 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable, but a portion of your payment may be issued as a credit toward a future rental, as follows:
10 – 14 days prior: 50% credit
9 – 7 days prior: 35% credit
4 – 6 days prior: 25% credit
0 – 3 days prior: No credit
